"It's not a purely charitable action... It's a concrete gesture of charity!
It's not about swimming against the current... It's about hope."
Year after year, the Monsignor Jesse Social Center acts with love, welcome and mercy, making the realities of homeless people a little less painful.
Winter has arrived, bringing temperatures down even further in our city. For those who sleep in squares, marquees and on sidewalks, this season is getting steeper.
A warm blanket can mean survival for a homeless person in the face of the risk of hypothermia.
We would like to thank the benefactors who donated the blankets. Your solidarity warms many hearts thirsty for affection, attention and compassion. Let's continue doing good.
"As often as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me" Mt 25:40
