Every year at Christmas time, the Esperança e Vida Association in Campinas, SP produces hundreds of panettone and chocotones for sale.

Handmade, these delicacies are transformed into financial resources to maintain the services of the association, which takes care of terminally ill patients who, more often than not, have nowhere else to go and are taken in by the organization.
