The Adient Festival in Pouso Alegre, MG, brought together down futsal teams from São Paulo and Minas Gerais for a round of matches with the aim of promoting greater integration between the athletes.
In addition, the intention is to motivate the practice of futsal down, showing the benefits for athletes and encouraging families to take their children to practice futsal in their cities.
The down futsal category has been growing more and more, with men's and women's teams of different ages appearing in various cities across the country. There is even a possibility that the sport will be included in the Los Angeles Paralympics in 2028, as an exhibition sport.
